Rights of Use for Photographic and Audiovisual Recordings

By registering for the event, the participant acknowledges and agrees that ARTSCENICO will produce photographic and audiovisual recordings in connection with the General Assembly 2025, taking place from 27 November 2025 to 30 November 2025. Such recordings shall serve the purpose of documenting the event and evidencing the activities of ARTSCENICO within the framework of its statutory objectives.

The recordings may be disseminated and published by ARTSCENICO via its social media channels, official website, print publications, and/or on publicly accessible video platforms such as YouTube.

Publication and Use of Recordings
The participant hereby grants ARTSCENICO the irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual right to use, reproduce, distribute, and publish the recordings of their person, in whole or in part, in any media and for any of the purposes set forth above. The participant expressly waives any rights to remuneration or other compensation in connection with such use and further waives the enforcement of any personal rights related to their image.

Any use of the recordings for purposes other than those expressly stated herein, or the distribution of the recordings to third parties for independent commercial exploitation, is prohibited.
